The 6th Annual Nowak Stage Race has been rescheduled from Sunday, June 9th
to the new date of
Saturday, June 15th, 9:00am
Here is the week's Schedule:
Tuesday Night Ride: June 4th.
Our weekly Tuesday night rides continues from Total Cyclery (231 Pitt St.) . Starting time is 5:30 pm and the duration will be between 1 and 2 hours. Come on out and practice group riding skills. All members are encouraged to come out.

8 KM Time Trial - Williamstown: Wed., and Thurs. JUNE 5th and 6h, 6:30 pm
Another 8km again. This time it will take place outside the church in Williamstown. Riders will meet at Sandywoods Estates and ride to the church in Williamstown en mass. Once there riders will leave in 30 second intervals and finish near the 15 KM TT line. It should be noted that there is a separate finish line for the 8KM TT which is further up the hill.

No weekend rides formally scheduled due to many participating in the Rideau Lake Bike Tour.
