The Tuesday Night Ride:Our weekly Tuesday night rides continues from Total Cyclery (231 Pitt St.) . Starting time is 5:30 pm and the duration will be between 1 and 2 hours. Come on out and practice group riding skills. All members are encouraged to come out.
40 km 2-UP Team Time Trial, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:30 pm Start
Our weekly time trial series continue with an 40 km 2 Person Team time trial starting from St. Andrews. This is a 2 person event so either come out with a partner already or make up your team with those who show up on that given night. Riders will ride from the St. Andrews parking lot for a 6:30 pm start 1km East of the 138 towards Martintown. Riders depart in 1 min. intervals and ride to the turn around at St. Raphels and finish back in St. Andrews. Be prepared to time yourself, second rider over the line counts. Sunday, June 3rd, 9:00 am - 5th Annual "Nowak Stage Race": Let's Get Ready to Rumble (Hopefully not this year).
It's that time of the year again. It can only mean one thing: Denis Nowak is on holidays again and is gracious enough to organize a stage race for the club. The change this year is that Denis decided to spend his airfare on tuition for his kids and he will not be in attendance this year. In his honor, the show must go on!!!!
The format consists of:
Stage One: 2 KM Time Trial
Location: St. Andrews 15 KM TT course, at the branch off to County Rd 18

Stage Two: 8 KM Criterium (short, fast road race)
Location: Beaver Glenn subdivision, off of Power Dam Rd., near ST. Andrews

Stage Three: 42 KM Road Race, consisting of an upper and lower loop of the West race course

Riders are encouraged to park in Beaver Glen subdivision, near Power Dam Rd. If members wish to come out and just observe or come out and use the opportunity to have an enjoyable ride, the more the merrier.

Riders depart in 1min. intervals and finish back in St. Andrews. Be prepared to time yourself. Hope to see everyone out! Swimsuit season is near and a TT is the best way to get in shape!!!!

Start: 9:00 am
Duration: a couple of hours
Location: St. Andrews Parking Lot
Want to train those legs to go faster and learn group riding techniques? Then Saturday's ride is for you. The idea of the ride is to learn proper pedaling and pace line techniques at a brisk pace.
Come out and give it a try.
Club Ride - Sunday, May 27th, 9:00am Start - Try a Ride Event
Location: St Andrews Parking Lot
Distance and Pace: To be determined by those attending.
This a "Try a Ride Event" where non-Club members can come out to try a ride and see what the Club is about without joining. A waiver will still need to be sighed.
Have a great week. Pray for sun and warmth.

Our weekly time trial series continue with a 15 km time trial starting from SandyWoods Estates and travelling to Williamstown and back. Ample parking is available in Sandywoods. Riders will ride from SandyWoods to the start line 1 km away. The course follows the road till the turn around point just outside of Williamstown and back. Riders depart in 1min. intervals. Be prepared to time yourself. Hope to see everyone out.

Pancake Ride and 100 km Challenge, Sunday, May 20th, 8:00am pancakes, 9:30 am ride start time.
Who doesn't love pancakes and who doesn't want to ride 100 km. Why not do both. Again thanks to the generosity of Maren and Chris and their combined culinary skills, the Cornwall Cycle Club is proud to present a pancake breakfast followed by a hearty 100 km loop around the roads of Eastern Ontario.
Start: Pancakes - 8:00am, Ride - 9:30 am
Location: Chris Chisholm's House - 18317 County Rd 18, Martintown
Duration: a couple of pleasant hours
Come on out for the eats, the ride or both. People will be looked after.
