It is privilege to present this week's events and wish best of luck those who are doing Rideau Lakes this week.
The Tuesday Night Ride:Our weekly Tuesday night rides continues from Total Cyclery (231 Pitt St.) . Starting time is 5:30 pm and the duration will be between 1 and 2 hours. Come on out and practice group riding skills. All members are encouraged to come out.
15 km Time Trial, Wednesday, June 6th and Thursday, June 7th. 6:30 pm Start - Williamstown Course
Our weekly time trial series continue with a 15 km time trial starting from SandyWoods Estates and travelling to Williamstown and back. Ample parking is available in Sandywoods. Riders will ride from SandyWoods to the start line 1 km away. The course follows the road till the turn around point just outside of Williamstown and back. Riders depart in 1min. intervals. Be prepared to time yourself. Hope to see everyone out.

Saturday, June 9th, HIGH TEMPO RIDE
Start: 9:00 am
Duration: a couple of hours
Location: St. Andrews Parking Lot
Want to train those legs to go faster and learn group riding techniques? Then Saturday's ride is for you. The idea of the ride is to learn proper pedaling and pace line techniques at a brisk pace.
Come out and give it a try.
120 km Challenge "The Glen Ride"
Sunday, June 10th, 8:00am start.
Start: 8:00 am
Location: St. Andrews
Description: Start from St. Andrews, travel back to Cornwall via Power Dam Dr. then take the bike path to leave the city and visit our first Glen - Glen Water. From there it is on to South Lancaster, Bainsville, North Lancaster, Glen Nevis, Glen Normon, Green Valley, Glen Roy, Martintown, Nine Mile Rd., Headline Rd. to Power Dam and back to the school in St. Andrews. What a challenge.
