Hello everyone,
I hope everyone had a great weekend of riding, running and racing. As Jamie has pointed out, the club now has a Blog for all to use and get the latest news. As a result, this will be my last email notification. In the future I will be posting news, notifications and results on the Blog. Remember it can be found at this location:

Sunday, May 2 Club Ride. 8:00 am Start. Moira, NY
This weeks weekend ride will be a 100km loop departing from Moira New York. Because of the travel time involved and issues crossing the border, members are asked to gather in the HARVEYS parking lot on Brookdale for a 7:30am departure. The riding loop will consist of 100 km for rolling terrain, wide paved shoulders and some fast desents.
Remember riding rule number one: ALWAYS PUMP YOUR TIRES BEFORE EVERY RIDE. IT ELIMINATES 90% OF ALL FLATS.

3 hardy souls showed up for this mornings 100km Moria loop.
ReplyDeleteBecause the Adirondack sky was grey and the senior member of the trio forgot his helmet at home, it was decided that an equivalent loop closer to home would be a wise choice. So we headed out on the Martintown, Maxville, Mosse Creeek, Avonmore loop (exactly 100km from / returning École Marie-Tanguay). Alex did his first 100k ride, Denis sent Dean a-flying onto the pavement, we said hello to Chris C. a few times and the weather surprised everyone....all in all, a great ride.
